What you'll do

As part of our team, you will directly contribute to the development of solutions that make a difference. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Definition of new production processes, working from the initial design phases, ensuring product quality and its automation, aligned with the launch strategy.
  • Re-engineering of existing processes, ensuring capacity, quality, and efficiency targets, involving all collaborating departments.
  • Standardization of tasks by applying Lean Manufacturing techniques (5S, HOSHIN, GEMBA...)
  • Creating and maintaining up-to-date Process documentation (HO, PFMEA, Layout,...)
  • Active participation in resolving production-related process issues.
  • Participating in 8D analyses for the production area. Implementing and ensuring the actions taken by the department, applying problem-solving techniques (5Pqs, QRQC, Cause-Effect Diagrams).
  • Collaboration in creating instructions for the field.
  • Complying with the roles and responsibilities matrix regarding health and safety at your workplace (P14.130S-F01).

What we're looking for

  • Academic background: Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering, or Organizational Engineering. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Professional experience: +5 years in similar environments, defining industrial processes or implementing Lean Manufacturing techniques. Automotive - renewable energy sector is a plus.
  • Languages: English B2
  • Technical skills: SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, PowerBi, AutoCad
