The role

At Primer Impacto, we are leaders in the optimization and integral management of the point of sale.

We are currently in a phase of full growth and process transformation. Therefore, we are looking to incorporate a Finance&Accounting Supervisor into our central offices in the Barcelona area (Badalona), where your main mission will be to guarantee the quality, reliability, and compliance of the Group's financial information, acting as the technical reference for the Finance & Accounting Operations team.

What you'll do

What will you do in your day-to-day with us?

Leadership and Technical Supervision

Coordinate, supervise, and provide technical support to the Finance & Accounting Operations team (2 people), promoting their autonomy and the homogenization of criteria.
Supervise the financial accounting of all Group companies, guaranteeing quality and regulatory compliance.
Coordinate and supervise intercompany processes between the different companies.
Supervise payroll management, ensuring its correct control, accounting, accounting reconciliation, and the execution of the corresponding payments.

Accounting, Tax, and Reporting Management

Coordinate the monthly and annual financial closing, ensuring strict compliance with deadlines.
Ensure correct tax management, coordinating the filing of taxes and the preparation of Corporate Tax in collaboration with external advisors.
Coordinate external audits and the accounting consolidation process of the different companies.
Prepare Annual Accounts and provide support in the preparation of minutes and related corporate documentation.
Prepare and review financial reporting intended for the Group Management.

Digital Transformation and Systems

Drive the transformation of the financial area through the improvement, standardization, and automation of processes.
Actively participate in the implementation of new financial systems

What are we looking for in you?

Education: Degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, Finance, or related disciplines.
Experience: Solid track record in financial accounting, monthly/annual closings, and auditing. Previous experience working with different companies will be especially valued.
Technical knowledge: Solid foundation in taxation and Corporate Tax.
Global mindset: Previous experience in multi-company and multi-country environments (handling different companies, countries, and accounting/tax criteria).
Soft Skills: Great capacity to coordinate processes and people, skills to provide technical support to the team, and ease in relating to auditors, external advisors, and Group Management.
Systems: Good command of Excel and real experience working with ERP environments.
Languages: Proficiency in Catalan, Spanish, and conversational English.
