• That you reside in Barcelona and surroundings (your workplace will be in Sant Cugat del Vallès).
• Education: University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, or similar.
• Knowledge of SQL programming and/or other languages.
• Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst.
• Experience in the following functions: Business data analytics, data extraction, report generation/reporting, requirement gathering, generation of insights for the business itself, etc.

• Desirable: SAS, Power BI, and AI (Copilot).

We are looking for a Data Analyst (your workplace will be in Sant Cugat del Vallès) whose main mission will be: To integrate into the Business Intelligence and Analytics unit to understand business needs and, through data analytics, improve the knowledge, direction, and actionability of customers and managers.

Specifically, you will serve the Mortgage Business Unit.

Your main responsibilities will be the following:

• You will analyze mortgage lead acquisition flows and understand the entire contracting funnel: acquisition, drop-offs, origins, as well as customer characteristics to establish conversion patterns.
• You will analyze banking and external customer data to understand business problems and provide possible solutions.
• You will design, implement, and measure conversion and early customer activation journeys.
• You will design dashboards that allow for monitoring actions taken on customers and making decisions regarding future actions.
• You will coordinate business decisions with different units to transform ideas into commercial actions.
• You will measure and analyze the results of actions to report them to the business and establish continuous improvement in commercial processes and actions.
• You will establish customer clusters with behaviors identified as desired/undesired for the design of targeted commercial actions (based on understanding history and characterizing prospects according to frequent characteristics).
