We are looking to bring on an intern to support the Global AI Training and Adoption team in the administration and operational management of our training platform.

You will join a strategic project for the evolution and migration of our global training platform, collaborating on testing, validations, and the preparation of subsequent operational management.

What you'll do

  • User management: registrations, terminations, modifications, and information review.
  • Training catalog administration: creation, updating, and maintenance of courses.
  • Management of catalogs, itineraries, programs, and enrollments.
  • Review of information and detection of errors or inconsistencies on the platform.
  • Support in the preparation and maintenance of training reports and data.
  • Support to Training teams in different countries.
  • Participation in the strategic platform migration project, performing testing, checks, and information validations.
  • Creation and updating of procedures and documentation for platform management.
  • Support in the resolution of incidents and queries related to the LMS.
  • Identification of small improvements and opportunities for process simplification or automation.
  • Opportunity to learn how we incorporate artificial intelligence and new technologies into the Learning field.

Requirements

What we're looking for

Previous experience with a specific LMS platform is not necessary. We are looking for someone eager to learn who enjoys working with digital tools and data.

We would be a particularly good fit for someone studying or who has studied:

  • Vocational Training (FP) in Administration and Finance, Administrative Management, Commerce and Marketing, or IT and/or similar.

Nice to have

Additionally, we will value: 

  • Good proficiency in Excel and digital tools.
  • Sufficient level of English to work with documentation and international teams.
  • Attention to detail, ability to work in an organized manner, and ability to detect errors.
  • Curiosity and initiative to resolve small problems autonomously.
  • Strong communication skills and a user-oriented approach.
