Senior Business Transformation Consultant

DXC Technology is a global IT services company with a presence in more than 70 countries. From our Consulting unit, we help companies transform their business models, optimize processes, and accelerate their digital evolution.

You will accompany our clients in business transformation projects, from the identification of needs to the implementation of solutions. Your work will include:

• Analyzing processes and operating models to identify opportunities for improvement and transformation
• Designing future processes (TO-BE) with a focus on efficiencies, automations, and organizational improvements
• Translating business needs into concrete initiatives, roadmaps, and implementation plans
• Facilitating workshops and working sessions with key stakeholders
• Preparing executive documentation, analyses, and business cases to support decision-making
• Participating in the identification of new opportunities within existing clients
• Collaborating in the preparation of commercial proposals and the development of offers

Real experience in consulting, business transformation, processes, or operational optimization (5-10 years). This means having participated in real transformation projects, worked with multidisciplinary business and technology teams, and having the ability to structure complex problems into actionable recommendations.

Knowledge of process modeling (BPMN), definition of operating models, KPIs, business transformation, and Agile/Lean methodologies. General understanding of technological environments, enterprise applications, and automation.

Key competencies: analytical capacity, excellent written and verbal communication, autonomy, results orientation, proactivity, and the ability to build trust with clients.

Madrid, Barcelona, or Zaragoza (hybrid model)

Languages: Native Spanish and B2/C1 English (essential)

Experience in sectors such as financial services, industry, energy, public sector, or manufacturing. Participation in digital transformation initiatives, employee experience, or change management. Agile, Lean, or ITIL certifications.
