What you'll do

  • Lead the various service transition waves, ensuring compliance with established deadlines, scope, and quality.
  • Define and maintain detailed transition plans, including milestones, dependencies, resources, and owners.
  • Coordinate knowledge transfer between the outgoing provider and the teams that will assume operations.
  • Organize training activities, shadowing, knowledge validation, and operational preparation of the teams.
  • Ensure the availability of necessary access, tools, permissions, and environments before each transition phase.
  • Coordinate with the client, outgoing provider, and operational teams to guarantee an orderly transition without service impact.
  • Monitor risks, dependencies, and potential deviations, proposing corrective actions when necessary.
  • Manage periodic follow-up meetings with the various teams involved.
  • Coordinate stabilization activities following the handover of each service.
  • Incorporate new automation and artificial intelligence capabilities that are part of the service into the transition plans.
  • Guarantee that each transition concludes with knowledge transferred, documentation updated, and teams prepared to operate autonomously.
