Platform Manager (.NET + React)

• Provide experience in technological platform management, supervision of the software lifecycle, and coordination of deployments and deliveries.
• Have worked providing support to production environments, with experience in diagnosing and resolving critical incidents.
• Have solid experience in Full Stack development, both in front-end with React and TypeScript and in back-end with C# and .NET Core.
• Have deep knowledge of microservices architecture and layer-oriented design patterns.
• Master relational databases, especially SQL Server, and ORM tools for data access and persistence.
• Have experience in version control and collaborative workflows with Git and GitLab.
• Demonstrate the ability to lead technically, guide other developers, and propose solutions that improve the platform and development processes.
• Provide communication and interlocution skills with internal and external clients, adapting language to technical and business profiles.

• Experience or knowledge in delivery automation and continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD).
• Knowledge of non-relational databases (NoSQL) for environments requiring high scalability and flexibility.
• Familiarity with code quality analysis tools such as SonarQube.

The position combines Full Stack development, technical leadership, delivery coordination, and production support, with responsibility for software quality and the operational stability of the system.

We are looking for a person with solid technical experience and the ability to act as an interlocutor with internal and external clients, translating their needs into technological solutions and guiding the team in the continuous improvement of the platform.

• Manage the platform integrally, planning, coordinating, and supervising software deliveries to ensure their alignment with business requirements and quality standards.
• Provide direct support to the system in production, managing incidents, monitoring performance, and ensuring its availability and operational stability.
• Act as the main interlocutor with internal and external clients, gathering needs and feedback, aligning expectations, and facilitating communication between technology and business.
• Provide technical guidance to the development team, contributing judgment in decision-making and in the resolution of functional and technical doubts.
• Develop and maintain applications on a layered architecture oriented toward microservices, ensuring modularity, scalability, and maintainability.
• Implement interfaces with React and TypeScript, guaranteeing a smooth and consistent user experience.
• Build services, APIs, and business logic with C# and .NET Core, applying clean design principles and good development practices.
• Manage data access and persistence through ORM tools and SQL Server, optimizing queries and performance.
• Lead the continuous improvement of the platform in architecture, performance, security, and user experience, identifying bottlenecks and proposing solutions.
• Ensure the correct use of branches and workflows in Git/GitLab, promoting Pull Requests and code reviews.
• Define and maintain development policies and standards, ensuring software quality through unit testing, integration testing, and code analysis tools such as SonarQube.
