What you'll do

As a Supervisor, you will be a key piece in the daily operations of the service, ensuring quality, efficiency, and the achievement of objectives. Your main responsibilities will be:

To lead and coordinate the operations of the roadside assistance service, guaranteeing an agile and high-quality response.
To analyze key indicators (KPIs) to propose continuous improvements and resolve incidents quickly and effectively.
To guide the team towards the achievement of objectives, fostering an excellent working climate and collaboration.
To adapt with agility to service changes and business needs.
