Tractor Driver / Estate Keeper with Housing

We are looking for a professional with experience in tractor and agricultural machinery handling to join a private estate on a stable basis located in Ciudad Real, Castilla-La Mancha, with housing included within the estate itself as part of the position.

This is an opportunity for people accustomed to the rural environment, with experience in agricultural work, who are looking to develop a stable project while residing on the estate itself.

• Routine handling of tractors and agricultural machinery for the maintenance and management of the estate.
• Carrying out agricultural work and providing support in various field tasks.
• General supervision of the property and access control.
• Care and attention of domestic and game animals.
• Support in game management: feeding, maintenance of feeders, and collaboration during big game hunting days and population control.
• Care of the estate's dogs.
• Basic maintenance of facilities, paths, and common areas.
• Resolution of incidents and monitoring of the general state of the estate.

• Training and/or demonstrable experience in the handling of tractors and agricultural machinery.
• Previous experience in agricultural work, rural holdings, or estates.
• Experience in big game hunting and game management is valued.
• Experience in animal care.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance and tool use.
• An autonomous, resourceful, and committed person.
• Good physical condition and adaptation to outdoor work.
• Real availability to reside on a regular basis at the estate, in Ciudad Real.
• Availability to attend to incidents when necessary.
• Immediate start.
