Requirements

What we're looking for

Mandatory: ESO education and officially recognized in Spain. ESSENTIAL.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in commercial positions, preferably in the financial or banking sector.

Nice to have

Training: We will positively value training in banking, finance, or similar, although it is not indispensable.

What you'll get

Complete Initial Training: We will provide you with exhaustive and specialized training on our financial and insurance products. We want you to become an expert in the sector. 🎓
Training Dates: From 11/16/2026 to 11/26/2026 (both inclusive).
Training Schedule: Afternoons, Monday to Friday from 13:00 to 21:00.
Important Note: On November 16, 17, and 18, 2026, the training will be in-person, and from November 19, 2026, it will be online.
Contract: Permanent Seasonal (Fijo Discontinuo)
Full-time: Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00, and some Saturdays a month, from 09:00 to 18:00. Possibility of part-time employment of 20h or 25h per week in an afternoon shift until 21:00.
Salary: €17,139 gross per year, according to the Contact Center collective agreement (full-time, 39 hours per week) + interesting commissions
Location: A Coruña.

What you'll do

Handle incoming customer calls to offer financial and insurance products.
Identify the specific needs of each customer to propose personalized solutions.
