Customer Loyalty Teleoperator in Madrid

We are currently looking for retention TELEOPERATORS for one of our main clients in the health insurance sector, with whom we have been working continuously for more than 20 years.

WHAT DO WE OFFER? 🚀

• Functions: This is a retention campaign for company customers who wish to cancel their service, as well as administrative and information management tasks. 
• Part-time employment of 30h per week in the afternoon shift from 14:00 to 20:00h or 25h per week in the morning shift from 09:00 to 14:00.
• Previous in-person, selective, and unpaid training of 5 days from November 03 to 10 (no training on the weekend and 11/9), from 14:00 to 20:00h.
• Temporary contract until 15/12/26, with the possibility of continuing with an indefinite contract.
• On-site: In-person at our offices near Hospital 12 de Octubre, with excellent access by bus, Renfe, and Metro.  
• Fixed salary per collective agreement: 1098,69 gross euros/month gross euros/month for the 30h weekly shift and 915,58 gross euros/month for the 25h weekly shift.
• Stability, professional development, and continuous training through Prosegur University.
