What we're looking for
Previous experience of at least 1 year as a Security Guard.
Essential: Must hold a valid TIP (Professional Identification Card) as a Security Guard.
Observation skills, attention to detail, and proactivity.
Excellent communication skills and customer service.
Responsibility, honesty, and commitment.
Ability to work under pressure and resolve conflict situations.
Availability for rotating shifts: 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. / 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. and 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. (8-hour shifts Monday to Friday and 12-hour shifts on weekends).

- Competitive Salary: Salary according to the collective agreement (currently €1,435 in 15 payments) + supplements for service and night work.

What you'll do
- 🛡️ Comprehensive Protection: Your main goal will be to safeguard the integrity of assets and the people under your care. You are the guardian!
- 👀 Surveillance and Control: You will be in charge of supervising the facilities, ensuring everything runs smoothly and maintaining order. Eyes everywhere!
- 🚪 Access Control: You will manage and verify the identity of all individuals entering the facilities. Only those who should enter will pass! You will be responsible for issuing entry passes.
- 📷 CCTV Monitoring: You will be able to monitor security cameras to detect and prevent incidents.
- 🚨 Prevention and Collaboration: Your work will be crucial in preventing criminal acts and actively collaborating with emergency teams and security forces when necessary. Teamwork above all!
- 🚶 Security Patrols: You will carry out regular patrols of the facilities to ensure everything is in order and detect any anomalies.
- ❓ User Assistance: You will be the main point of contact for any questions or needs from users within the facilities, always with a friendly and professional attitude.
- ✋ Interventions: You will act quickly and effectively in response to any incident or emergency that arises, following established protocols.
