Production Operator - Smoked Salmon Campaign

• Availability: Immediate start for the October to December campaign.
• Experience:
• For the butchery position: Demonstrable previous experience in fishmongery or butchery tasks.
• For the finishing position: Previous experience in order preparation and logistics management.
• Mobility: Having your own vehicle to travel to the workplace. Schedule flexibility:
• Availability to work in morning/afternoon shifts or continuous shifts depending on the assigned section, as well as schedule flexibility in the afternoon for the logistics area.

Depending on your profile and previous experience, you will join one of our three work teams:

• Handling and Butchery Section:
• Butchery, cutting, and fishmongery tasks specialized in salmon.
• Support in the preparation of raw materials while complying with food hygiene and quality standards.
• Packaging Section:
• Handling, packaging, and packing of smoked salmon on the production line.
• Visual control of labeling and final product presentation.
• Finishing and Logistics Section:
• Order preparation and logistics organization tasks.
• Final verification and dispatch of goods.
