Requirements

What we're looking for

Vocational training or specialized studies in Pastry.
Demonstrable experience as a pastry, viennoiserie, and chocolate chef, pastry master, or technical advisor.
Knowledge of techniques, processes, and trends in the sector.
Ability to communicate, teach, and influence positively.
Customer orientation and service vocation.
Availability to travel within the assigned area.

Residence in Madrid or nearby areas.

What you'll do

You will be the Puratos technical reference based in Madrid for our pastry customers, helping them develop their business through innovative solutions, specialized advice, and high value-added technical training.

Perform technical demonstrations, trials, and training for customers.
Develop applications and recipes adapted to market needs.
Provide technical advice to customers to optimize processes, products, and results.
Participate in product launches and commercial initiatives.
Collaborate closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams.
Detect trends, needs, and business opportunities in the sector.
Represent Puratos at events, fairs, and technical activities.
