The role

What you'll do

Plating prepared desserts, as well as decorating them. Covering and labeling them with the expiration date.
Controlling the plating temperature and carrying out the relevant records (manually and/or digitally) to facilitate this for the Quality Department.
Performing simple tasks within Pastry, such as baking pastries and preparing mousses. Carrying out the distribution and plating of the finished product.
Performing the cutting of fruit or desserts, autonomously and following the specifications indicated by the client. Placing the prepared fruit on trays.
Performing the piping of yogurts/mousses according to weight specifications and carrying out their decoration.
Supporting other pastry productions, if the situation requires it (such as scooping ice cream, painting mousses, and rounding dough balls).
Maintaining the order of refrigerators, plant, and freezers for both raw materials and finished products, under supervision, in order to ensure correct FIFO (first in, first out) rotation.

How you'll work

Availability to work in rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts from Monday to Sunday
