The role
PVcase is seeking a Product Marketing Manager with hands-on solar engineering expertise to drive the market strategy for PVcase Ground Mount, PVcase Roof Mount, and PVcase Yield. Rather than a traditional marketer, we need someone with direct experience as a solar design engineer, PV engineer, or technical consultant at an EPC, developer, or solar tech firm. You understand utility-scale workflows, are comfortable in CAD environments, and speak the language of technical buyers.
In this role, you will bridge Product, Sales, and Go-To-Market by translating complex technical capabilities into clear customer value, shaping product roadmaps based on real engineering workflows, and proving PVcase's unique advantage to the market. Deep solar industry and technical expertise are required, while formal product marketing experience is secondary.
What you'll do
Own positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, and adoption initiatives for PVcase Ground Mount, Roof Mount, and Yield.
Develop a deep understanding of utility-scale solar engineering workflows, customer needs, and technical pain points.
Partner closely with Product Management to bring customer, market, engineering, and competitive insights into roadmap decisions.
Translate complex technical capabilities into clear customer value and differentiated product narratives.
Lead technical go-to-market planning for new products, features, and workflows.
Own demo strategy and help create credible, real-world solar engineering use cases.
Support Sales and Solutions teams on strategic opportunities requiring deeper product or industry expertise.
Monitor competitors, market trends, and developments across solar design, engineering, yield, and adjacent software.
Develop technical sales enablement, training, presentations, webinars, and educational content.
Serve as a bridge between Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and technical customers.
Engage directly with customers to understand workflows, validate product direction, and strengthen the Voice of Customer.
Help commercial teams understand not only what PVcase does, but how and why solar professionals use it.
Salary Range
Lithuania: 41,300 - 70,200 EUR gross/yearly.
Spain: 41,700 - 70,700 EUR gross/yearly.
