Real Estate Technical Internship

We are looking for an Architecture or Engineering student to join the technical area of Real Estate Transactions as an intern. If you are in the final years of your degree or a master's program and are interested in learning about the real estate sector from a consultancy perspective, this is an excellent opportunity to learn alongside a multidisciplinary team and participate in transactions, asset analysis, and strategic projects.

We are looking for a proactive, flexible person with the ability to work in a team and a great desire to learn. The selected person will support the team in Real Estate projects of various kinds, including:

• Technical and environmental Due Diligence.
• Project Monitoring reports.
• Feasibility analysis of assets and projects.
• Preparation of technical reports.
• Support in real estate projects for national and international clients.

• Student in the final years of Architecture or Engineering (Industrial, Building, or similar), or a related master's degree.
• No prior professional experience is required.
• Academic knowledge, university projects, or internships related to the following will be valued:
  • Project management.
  • Construction and/or project design.
  • Real estate and construction sector.
• High level of English.
