The role

We are looking for a Real Estate Development Technician with a profile as a Technical Architect or Building Surveyor to join our team and participate in the supervision and monitoring of WIP (Work in Progress) construction works.

What you'll do

Planning, supervision, and technical control of construction works and real estate developments.
Economic monitoring of the project: certifications, invoicing, cost control, and budget deviations.
Coordination with suppliers, construction companies, engineering firms, and involved agents.
Incident resolution and risk management.
Constant communication with the client to report progress and project status.
Processing of permits and management with public administrations and utility companies.
Technical support to the commercial department in the pre-execution phase.
