The role

At q-tech, we are looking for an MLOps / Senior ML Engineer for a major, rapidly growing technology marketplace with millions of users and a very high volume of data.

The company is at a key moment in the evolution of its Data & Machine Learning area, and is looking to bring in someone to lead the construction and evolution of its ML Platform.

This is not a position oriented toward model development, but rather toward building all the infrastructure and tooling that allows Data Scientists to work efficiently and deploy models to production in a scalable and reliable manner.

You will be a key figure, with a high level of ownership, as until now these responsibilities were distributed among different teams.

What you'll do

Design and evolve the ML Platform (pipelines, standards, tooling)
Facilitate the end-to-end model cycle: training, validation, and deployment
Implement engineering best practices (CI/CD, testing, monitoring)
Work with real-time systems (streaming with Apache Kafka)
Scale infrastructure in AWS (including AWS SageMaker, S3, etc.)
Orchestrate workloads using Kubernetes
Collaborate closely with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and Platform teams
