What we're looking for

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

Approximate experience of at least 3 years in backend development with C# and .NET.
It will be necessary to demonstrate participation for a minimum period of 6 months in, at least, one project of significant scale or technical complexity.
Degree in Computer Engineering, Application Development, Systems, or related fields.
Knowledge of ASP.NET Core and REST API development.
Knowledge of SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL.
Knowledge of layered architecture and SOLID principles.
Experience using Git in collaborative environments.
Knowledge of unit testing.
Ability to analyze problems and propose technical solutions.
Autonomy in development and incident resolution.
Experience or interest in performing code reviews.
Ability to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Nice to have

We value previous experience as a Senior, Advanced developer, or technical reference.
We also value equivalent professional experience and specialized training in .NET technologies and software architecture.

The role

We are looking to bring on a technical profile with experience in backend development using Microsoft technologies and the ability to act as a technical reference within the team. This person will participate in the analysis and development of solutions based on C# and .NET, collaborate in technical decision-making, and support the team in aspects related to code quality, architecture, and development best practices.

What you'll do

Analyze requirements and participate in the design of technical solutions.
Develop and maintain backend applications with C# and .NET.
Design and develop REST APIs with ASP.NET Core.
Participate in the definition of maintainable and scalable architectures.
Apply programming best practices and SOLID principles.
Perform code reviews and help maintain quality standards.
Accompany and provide technical support to other team members.
Collaborate with project managers and functional profiles.
Participate in the estimation and planning of technical tasks.
Identify possible blockers, risks, or dependencies.
Participate in the technical evolution of projects and in the reduction of technical debt.
