We are looking for a Commercial Family Advisor to join our Family Advisory team.

What would your role be? 📋

You will be the first person from Qida that a family needing home care speaks to. Your mission is to listen, understand their situation, and accompany them until they find the service that best meets their needs, converting them into a Qida client.

It is a commercial role with purpose: you work towards objectives, using consultative and emotional selling, and always from the perspective of care that defines us. You will be part of the Family Advisory team, which in June 2026 exceeded 500 sales in a single month for the first time, and you will work very closely with Social Referents, PoOps, and Administration.

• Attend to families and potential clients by telephone, video call, or in person at our offices.

• Understand and identify the needs of each family, and clearly explain what the caregiver does and does not do from the first contact.

• Lead the acquisition and conversion of leads, including those arriving through partner channels.

• Prepare, send, and follow up on quotes until closing.

• Schedule the PTI (Individual Work Plan) with the Social Referents team, agreeing on the modality with the family: call or video call.

• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling complementary services.

• Manage your portfolio of potential clients in the CRM (Odoo), registering each case with rigor.

• Continuously measure your conversion and propose improvements for the team.

• Participate in projects for the improvement and growth of Qida's commercial team.

• Indefinite contract on a full-time basis in a growing sector.

• Hybrid modality: 3 days in the office and 2 days of teleworking.

• 3 weeks of remote work per year from wherever you want.
