Family Support: Providing telephone and in-person attention to families who contact Cuideo.
Needs assessment: identifying specific needs and particular circumstances.
Personalized advisory: Explaining clearly and in detail the different home care plans and services we offer, adapting them to the needs of each family.
Budget management: Calculating and sending quotes to families who contact Cuideo.
Budget follow-up: Following up with families once we have sent a quote, resolving any doubts they may have.
Platform and procedure management: Working in all the platforms we make available to the team to create quotes and keep each client's status updated.
Interaction with other departments: Collaborating closely with other departments to ensure excellence in service.
Promotion of company values: Representing Cuideo's values in every interaction, promoting an ethical and human approach to the care of dependent people.
Split shift: Mondays from 09:00 to 15:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00, Tuesday to Thursday from 10:00 to 15:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00, and Fridays intensive shifts from 13:00 to 19:00.
Use of technological tools (CRM and Gmail environment).
Ability to work with sales objectives and orientation toward results.
Proactivity, customer orientation, communication skills, and empathy.
Catalan and Spanish.
Availability to work local holidays and weekends on an occasional basis.
