Requirements
What we're looking for
- Technical Architecture or Building Surveyor.
- Experience performing Health and Safety Coordination during the execution phase and also as an OHS Technician.
- Technical Architect / Technical Engineer.
- Master's in Occupational Risk Prevention with the 3 specialties / Health and Safety Coordination Course (200h).
Nice to have
- Valuable: Master's in Occupational Risk Prevention with the 3 specialties / Health and Safety Coordination Course (200h).
- Accredited experience in a variety of public tenders (railway, roads, etc.) is recommended.

We are looking for an OHS Coordinator profile for the construction phase, to be in charge of the coordination of different construction projects in Mallorca and the Balearic Islands.
What you'll do
- Control of the documentation of all participating companies, as well as their workers.
- Coordination of actions, through periodic monitoring of work progress and conducting inspection visits to verify compliance with current regulations.
- Analysis and planning of works to establish the appropriate preventive measures for them.
- H&S Coordination meetings.
How you'll work
- Permanent contract.
- Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
- Work area: Mallorca.
- Possibility of teleworking when construction sites are not being visited (hybrid model).
- Salary based on the profile provided.
- Driver's license and own vehicle.
