Vacancy: Hospital Infrastructure Manager (Balearic Islands)

What you'll do

Functions:

Plan, organize, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring the functionality, preservation, and safety of the facility's installations.

Coordinate and lead the maintenance team, ensuring compliance with work plans and promoting a safe, efficient work environment focused on continuous improvement.

Manage maintenance using BIM modeling and specialized software (CMMS, AutoCAD, GIM, Wave), ensuring document and operational traceability.

Collaborate with the Quality department in developing improvement plans and analyzing indicators; prepare management reports and optimization proposals.

Coordinate certification audits in Quality, Environment, and Energy Management (ISO 9001, 14001, 50001), ensuring standards are updated and met.

Supervise facility safety: fire protection systems, emergency exits, critical equipment, and general conditions of the center.

Control the technical inventory and manage material procurement alongside the Purchasing department, optimizing resources and costs.

Provide advisory support in the planning, execution, and monitoring of construction, renovation, and facility projects, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and sustainability regulations.

Collaborate in preparing and monitoring the center's budget, controlling expenses and contributing to economic and operational efficiency.

Ensure the proper operation and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System (H&S, environmental, energy, and the center's own processes).

Requirements

Technical or higher engineering degree related to facility maintenance.

Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or in similar roles, preferably in healthcare facilities, the hospitality sector (hotels), or industrial environments.

Experience leading work teams.

Advanced proficiency in office tools, especially Excel.

Experience with BIM models for document and maintenance management.

Knowledge and use of maintenance software: CMMS, AutoCAD, GIM, Wave.

Ability to interact with employees, suppliers, and other departments.
