QUADIS, the largest network of official dealerships and workshops in Spain, needs to incorporate a Service Advisor for our official EBRO dealership in Fornells de la Selva. We need an enthusiastic Service Advisor with a results-oriented focus and customer orientation to help our customers.

What you'll do

As a service advisor, your functions will be:

Vehicle reception at the workshop.
Answering calls
Appointment scheduling
Work distribution (quick service, general mechanics)
Opening work orders.
Monitoring vehicle repairs.
Creating quotes
Incident resolution
Cross-selling
