The role
Biciescapa is looking to incorporate a Bicycle Receptionist and Assembler into its Alicante team who combines excellent customer service with technical knowledge and a passion for the world of cycling.
We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and customer-oriented person who wants to be part of a specialized team and contribute to offering a quality experience in both sales and workshop service.
What you'll do
You will be responsible for the reception and customer service of the workshop, as well as the assembly, tuning, and preparation of bicycles, ensuring that each bicycle leaves the workshop in perfect condition and that the customer receives professional service.
Your main responsibilities
Reception and customer service
Reception of customers and bicycles in the workshop.
Identification of customer needs and advice on the necessary work.
Opening and management of work orders.
Preparation and monitoring of budgets.
Communication with the customer regarding the status of the repair or preparation of their bicycle.
Management of the delivery and collection of bicycles.
Resolution of doubts and incidents related to the service.
Coordination with the mechanics team to guarantee correct work planning.
Assembly and preparation of bicycles
Assembly and assembly of new bicycles.
Adjustment and tuning of different components.
Assembly and adjustment of transmissions, brakes, wheels, steering, and components.
Carrying out inspections and safety checks before delivery.
Preparation of bicycles for display and delivery to the customer.
Detection and resolution of possible incidents or assembly defects.
Maintenance of order and correct functioning of the workshop space.
