Temporary Staffing Consultant

• Degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar.

✅ Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Temporary Work positions.

✅ Analyze client needs and advise on profile definitions.

✅ Post job offers and carry out sourcing actions through different recruitment channels.

✅ Conduct telephone, online, and in-person interviews.

✅ Manage and update an active pool of candidates.

✅ Coordinate onboardings, replacements, and contract terminations together with the labor relations area.

✅ Maintain close and continuous communication with clients and workers.

✅ Register and track processes in the company's ATS.

✅ Provide knowledge of the local labor market and improvement proposals to optimize vacancy coverage.

✅ Collaborate actively with the team to achieve the area's objectives.

• Hybrid modality (3 days office | 2 days remote work)
• Full-time | 40 hours per week

You will comprehensively manage recruitment processes linked to the Temporary Work business, guaranteeing an agile and effective response to our clients' needs and offering an excellent experience to candidates throughout the entire process.

• Previous experience in recruitment within an ETT or high-volume and high-turnover environments.
• Experience managing multiple processes simultaneously.
• Knowledge of operational, technical, and administrative profiles is valued.
