Technological Project Management and Monitoring Technician

• Degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE) or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of experience providing PMO services, monitoring digital transformation initiatives, or equivalent industrial environments.
• Minimum of one year of experience using GLPI or equivalent project monitoring tools. In the case of an equivalent tool, the equivalence to GLPI must be justified.
• Proven experience in the preparation of monitoring reports, executive reporting, project coordination, and document management.

• Demonstrable experience will be especially valued
• Experience in GLPI applied to the management of projects and initiatives.
• Excel automation and improvement of monitoring dashboards
• Document management and preparation of executive reports
• SharePoint and Microsoft 365 applied to collaborative spaces and document repositories
• PMO experience in monitoring initiatives, milestones, deliverables, and open actions.
• Complementary training related to project management, data analysis, automation, or corporate tools.

Provide comprehensive PMO support to ensure the correct management and monitoring of initiatives within the Smart Shipyard & Smart Factory area. Regular activities include monitoring project progress, milestones, and deliverables; managing and controlling associated documentation; updating and supervising information in corporate tools such as GLPI; administering collaborative spaces in SharePoint; creating and automating dashboards and indicators; preparing executive reports, minutes, and presentations; as well as monitoring actions and commitments to ensure the fulfillment of established objectives.
