Change Management Technician

Essential requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience performing activities related to digital transformation and change management projects.
• Experience in activities such as identifying obstacles and resistance, organizing training workshops, conducting surveys, and analyzing results.
• Good proficiency in Microsoft 365 office tools, especially Microsoft Teams.
• High Catalan, essential.
• Availability to work on-site at the client's offices between 1 and 3 days per week.

Desirable requirements:

• Experience in Public Administration projects, especially in projects related to the IFE department.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Specific training or knowledge in change management.
• Experience in organizational or digital transformation projects.

We are looking to hire a Change Management Technician to participate in a strategic digital transformation and organizational change management project.

The selected person will provide support in different change management initiatives, helping to facilitate the adaptation of people and teams to new processes and ways of working.

Functions:

• Accompany the change management process, identifying possible obstacles, needs, and resistance to organizational changes.
• Collaborate in adapting the organizational culture to the digitalization process, promoting the acceptance of new processes and digital tools.
• Support the organization and coordination of workshops and training activities.
• Prepare communication and support materials to facilitate the adoption of changes.
• Participate in conducting surveys and in the analysis of results to evaluate the level of acceptance and adaptation to change.
• Support the coordination and monitoring of project implementation activities.
• Perform administrative, logistical, and operational tasks related to project management.
• Collect data on the progress of initiatives and collaborate in the preparation of monitoring and progress reports.
• Technically administer the Microsoft Teams space, including the creation and maintenance of channels, configuration of permissions according to roles, basic moderation, and periodic review of activity.

Work schedule:

On-site presence: 1-3 days per week at the client's offices.

Location: Barcelona.

An organized, proactive person with good communication skills, capable of working with different teams and accompanying people during change processes.
