From the private hospitals of Quirónsalud in Madrid, we are looking for a Territorial Coordinator of Patient Experience and Cultural Transformation.

To design, drive, and coordinate the territorial strategy for Patient Experience and Cultural Transformation, in line with corporate guidelines and the needs of each center. Their objective will be to promote a people-centered culture, guaranteeing excellent and consistent experiences for patients, families, and professionals in the hospitals within the territory.

To act as a territorial benchmark in experience, leading cultural transformation, active listening, training, communication, and innovation initiatives that drive continuous improvement and contribute to the differentiation and sustainability of the organization.

What you'll do

· Implement and adapt the Patient and Employee Experience strategy in the hospitals of the territory.

· Coordinate the monitoring of experience projects and indicators, driving improvement plans.

· Act as an interlocutor between corporate strategy and local initiatives.

· Promote the exchange of best practices and collaboration between centers.

· Drive people-centered cultural transformation initiatives.

· Design and coordinate programs, campaigns, and actions that foster patient and employee experience.

· Accompany leaders and teams in change and continuous improvement projects.

· Coordinate training and awareness actions related to experience, humanization, and person-centered care.

· Collaborate with different areas to integrate experience into the projects and initiatives of the territory.

· Promote the dissemination of achievements, learnings, and best practices.

· Analyze information coming from the different listening channels of patients and professionals.

· Elaborate proposals and drive initiatives oriented toward improving the experience.

· Identify trends and improvement opportunities applicable to the healthcare environment.

· Perform any other functions inherent to their scope of responsibility that contribute to the fulfillment of the area's objectives.
