Qida is a Spanish social-impact company specialized in home care for elderly people and those in situations of dependency. It provides flexible in-home caregiving services — from hourly care starting at one hour per week to 24-hour live-in caregivers — supported by a socio-health team, personalized care plans, and professional oversight.
Its stated mission is to build high-quality, technology-based home care and to elevate the social status of caregivers globally.
Who are we? 😊
Founded in 2018, Qida is a high-growth private and social start-up with a clear mission: to make the socio-sanitary system sustainable. We do this by helping more people live longer and with a better quality of life at home (Triple M), reducing avoidable hospitalizations, and promoting more preventive, coordinated, human, and patient-centered care.
At Qida, social impact and economic impact go hand in hand; both are inseparable and both are a necessary condition to fulfill our mission.
Today we are a team of more than 300 people in the office and 1,800 home caregivers, and we have served more than 25,000 families. In 2025, we closed a €37M round, the largest social impact round in Spain and Southern Europe. We are leaders in quality (4.8/5) and in technology within the sector.
At Qida, we bet on diversity and on creating a team that represents the company's values. All the decisions we make are based on people's competencies and skills. We value their passion for discovering, reinventing, and building.
In line with our commitment to diversity and inclusion, we encourage applications from people with disabilities. Having a Single Disability Certificate (CUD) with a degree equal to or greater than 33% will be valued. If you need any adaptation during the selection process, please do not hesitate to inform us.
