• Supports the smooth running of the kitchen department, where all aspects of the guests' dining experience throughout the hotel are delivered to the highest level.

• Supervises the breakfast shift, including a full breakfast buffet.

• Prepares and presents food in accordance with brand standard guidelines.

• Works proactively to improve guest satisfaction and comfort, interacting with them to ensure excellent customer service and memorable dining experiences.

• Complies with plans and objectives to achieve kitchen initiatives and hotel goals.

• Supervises the kitchen team by fostering a culture of growth, development, and performance within the department.

• Is responsible for ensuring that costs and inventory are controlled, and that productivity and performance levels are met.

• Maintains high standards of food preparation, presentation, and cooking techniques.

• Ensures strict stock rotation and aims for minimal waste.

• Maintains cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen areas in accordance with Health and Safety and HACCP standards.
