We are currently looking for a Supervisor / 2nd Head Receptionist to join our team. At Radisson Hotel Group, we look for people who go beyond the resume: people with character, skills, talent, and passion for creating memorable experiences.

• Supervise the proper functioning of the reception department during the shift.
• Coordinate and support the receptionist team, distributing tasks and resolving issues.
• Ensure an excellent guest experience from check-in to check-out.
• Manage and resolve complaints and incidents, offering effective solutions.
• Oversee the correct application of the hotel's procedures and quality standards.
• Perform check-in, check-out, and guest service when operations require it.
• Monitor occupancy, room assignments, and coordination with the Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Restaurant departments.
• Supervise billing, payments, cash audits, and shift closing.
• Train and support newly hired staff.
• Prepare incident reports and communicate relevant information to the Reception Manager.

• Proven experience in the Reception Department, with excellent problem-solving skills.

• Excellent team management skills, with a hands-on approach and a leadership-by-example work style.

• Commitment to exceptional customer service.

• Ability to find creative solutions, offer advice, and provide recommendations.

• Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence, time, and energy.

• Experience using computer systems across various platforms and tools.

• Strong communication skills, in both Spanish and English.
