Your mission:

We are looking for a Receptionist to complete our team. Bring out your inner explorer and make our guests enjoy the most authentic Madrid.

What will you do in your day-to-day with us?

- Perform check-in and check-out tasks effectively, complying with established standards and procedures.
- Responsible for attending to, delegating, and following up on requests (correspondence, luggage pick-up, L&F, etc.), being the person responsible for ensuring tasks are executed in a timely and proper manner.
- Maintain fluid communication with Bellboys & PBX, ensuring that every guest is assisted both at check-in and at check-out.
- Record incidents, follow up on, and resolve any inconveniences that may have occurred during the guest's stay.
- Demonstrate empathy and initiative regarding customer needs.
- Control the cash float in accordance with internal policies and procedures.
