About the role

We are hiring!

We are looking for candidates for a Finance Service Center of a multinational company located in Asturias.

What you'll do

The accounting /finance role will be directly related to the Accounting Department tasks and responsabilities for EMEA Center of Excellence site in Asturias. Some of these tasks are Month End Accounting tasks, GL Account Reconciliations,

-Support for both internal and external audit processses

-Bank reconciliation

-Contact point for Accounts Payable queries coming from external suppliers or other stakeholders within the company.

-Communicate with suppliers via email and telephone.

-Support the team to ensure timely invoice registration and payment execution

-GL account reconciliation

-International tax support activites

-Other accounting cross company activities such as : projects implementation, transfer pricing, revenue cognition, payroll accouting

Requirements

University degree in Accounting/Finance

Language: English

Additional languages will be considered a plus.

Strong computer/systems capability (SAP, MS Office).

Accounts Payable or controllership experience preferred
