Minimum of 1 year of demonstrable professional experience successfully carrying out identical responsibilities as a shipping administrator.

Prior experience and in-depth knowledge of the dynamics of the metal or automotive sector.

Strong digital skills, with proven agility in using web environments for order management and proficiency in office software.

Gestión integral y estrictamente administrativa del departamento de expediciones

Tramitación, seguimiento, validación y control de pedidos internacionales mediante la operativa continua en diversas páginas y portales web B2B.

Interlocución constante, tanto escrita como telefónica, con proveedores, clientes y operadores logísticos a nivel internacional, empleando el idioma inglés de manera vehicular y exclusiva para estas gestiones (Nivel C2).

Supervisión de la documentación de transporte y resolución ágil de incidencias derivadas del proceso de envío.

Dominio experto y certificado del idioma inglés (Nivel C2 o bilingüe), requisito indispensable e innegociable para el desempeño diario de las funciones descritas.

Experiencia profesional mínima y demostrable de 1 años ejerciendo con éxito responsabilidades idénticas como administrativo/a de expediciones.

Experiencia previa y profundo conocimiento de las dinámicas del sector del metal o de la automoción.

Alta competencia digital, con agilidad demostrada en el manejo de entornos web para la gestión de pedidos y fluidez ofimática.

Residencia establecida en la zona sur de la Comunidad de Madrid, preferentemente en las localidades de Leganés, Fuenlabrada o áreas limítrofes.

Paquete retributivo competitivo: banda salarial estipulada entre los 22.000
