The role

We are not looking for someone who only performs administrative tasks; we are looking for an organized, results-oriented person who pays attention to detail, adapts to defined processes, and values day-to-day stability within a structured environment with clear procedures.

We are currently looking to bring on board an Warehouse Administrative Assistant with a B2 level of English for one of our clients in Fuenlabrada

What you'll do

· Data entry into the system (recording receipts, orders, payments, etc.)

· Managing the workload of the order preparers: Supervises the assignment of order preparation and label printing, distributing tasks among the preparers.

· Document filing

· Entering customer data

· Managing customer pallets

· Managing and controlling stock and inventories

· Managing the receipt of customer orders

· Compiles and prepares reports/information to present to supervisors.

· Notifying customers of any incidents

· Reducing incidents/damages/losses to goods

· Maximizing the recovery and reuse of packaging and pallets.

· Properly applies the quality management system and safety measures within their area of responsibility.

· Comply with the safety regulations of the supply chain in accordance with the applicable ISO 28000 standard for their position.

How you'll work

Permanent contract with the possibility of joining the team, stable position
Working days from Monday to Friday.
Fixed schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Workplace located in Fuenlabrada, own vehicle is required.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in administration
Basic training in food safety and food defense.
Training in Supply Chain Security Management Systems (ISO 28000)
Good command of computer tools.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Good communication skills and attention to detail.
