Telephone Sales Agent with 75% Remote Work

DUTIES: Making calls to users who currently have the app (an app with many discounts at numerous businesses and gas stations) to offer them a greater discount by signing up for electricity and gas.

REQUIRED: Residency in Seville or surrounding areas

Good diction

Computer skills

Ability to perform numerical calculations when calculating the savings percentage

Sales profile, experience in the Energy sector and in Contact Centers is highly valued, organized/dynamic with strong communication skills, good office software proficiency and skilled with numerical calculations.

6 DAYS OF SUBSIDIZED TRAINING: from 09/14 to 09/21, from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM (Monday to Friday only)

TRAINING FORMAT: In-person, Monday to Friday, in San Juan de Aznalfarache, Seville. Subsidized training with 250 euros gross, after passing the initial probationary period of the contract (45 days).

CONTRACT: Temporary, two months, with the possibility of renewal

WORKING HOURS: 20, 25, or 30 hours/week in the afternoon time band (between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM) Monday to Friday

WORK MODE: Hybrid at 75% (3 weeks remote and 1 in-person), the first month approximately is in-person depending on the learning curve.

FUNCIONES: Emisión de llamadas para usuarios que actualmente tienen la app (es una app con muchos descuentos en multitud de empresas y en las gasolineras del clientes) para ofrecerles un mayor descuento contratando la luz y el gas.

Habilidad para cálculos numéricos al realizar el porcentaje de ahorro

Perfil comercial, muy valorable que posea experiencia en sector Energético y en Contac Center, organizado/a, dinámico/a con buenas capacidades comunicativas, con buen manejo ofimático y con buen manejo ofimático hábiles con cálculos numéricos.

6 DÍAS DE FORMACIÓN BONIFICADA: del 14/09 al 21/09 en horario de 15:00hs a 21:00hs (sólo de lunes a viernes)

MODALIDAD FORMACIÓN: Presencial de lunes a viernes en San Juan de Aznalfarache, Sevilla. Formación bonificada con 250 euros brutos, superado el periodo de prueba inicial del contrato (45 días).

CONTRATO: Es eventual de dos meses con posibilidad de renovación en función al desempeño individual, del 22/09/2026 al 20/11/2026

JORNADA: 20, 25, o 30hs/semana en banda horaria de tarde (entre las 15:00hs y 21:00hs) de lunes a viernes

MODALIDAD DE TRABAJO: Híbrida al 75% (3 semanas teletrabajo y 1 presencial), el primer mes aproximadamente es presencial según curva de aprendizaje.
