Blue Prism Knowledge: Clear understanding of Blue Prism's capabilities, methodologies, and limitations (RPA delivery lifecycle, process and object structure, work queue management).
Desirable Certifications: Blue Prism Process Analyst certification or similar in process analysis / agile methodologies.
Mapping Tools: Advanced mastery of process modeling tools (BPMN, MS Visio, Bizagi, Lucidchart).
Key Skills: Excellent communication capacity, negotiation skills between business and technology, and analytical thinking oriented toward problem-solving.

📋 Main Functions (Job Responsibilities)
Process Discovery and Evaluation
Identification of Opportunities: Collaborate with business leaders to identify, evaluate, and prioritize processes as candidates to be automated with Blue Prism.
Feasibility Analysis: Perform functional feasibility analysis, complexity estimation, and calculation of benefits/return on investment (ROI) for each process.
Redesign and Optimization: Analyze the current process (As-Is) and propose the optimized version (To-Be) by eliminating inefficiencies before starting automation.
Documentation and Functional Definition
PDD Preparation: Draft the Process Definition Document (PDD) with step-by-step detail, business rules, exceptions, and decision logic.
Data Mapping: Define the structure of data inputs and outputs, as well as the management of edge cases and functional exceptions.
Coordination with Development: Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for RPA developers and review the Solution Design Document (SDD) with the technical team.
Testing, Delivery, and Change Management
Test Cases and UAT: Design functional test scenarios and cases; coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) together with the business areas.
Change Management: Facilitate the adoption of automations within the organization, preparing user manuals and training operational areas.
Post-Implementation Follow-up: Validate the results of the bots in production against the expected metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
