At our Randstad Talent Center Barcelona office, we are looking for a person to join as a Sourcing Specialist

What you'll do

  • Assists in the selection and interviews of operational candidates within the framework of the short-term job specification.
  • Assists in the recruitment of passive candidates, evaluating the candidate's local experience and short-term career potential to meet specific client needs, including temporary and on-demand staffing requests.
  • Maintains tracking systems and communicates recruitment metrics for KPI measurement with identified stakeholders.
  • Supports the analysis of the effectiveness of different recruitment channels and adjusts approaches as appropriate to attract operational candidates.
  • Uses various recruitment methods, such as job boards, social media, and direct contact, to identify operational candidates with limited online presence.
  • Develops relationships with operational candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the placement process.
