The role

At Randstad, we are preparing for the holiday season. We are looking for dynamic, organized people with a clear customer orientation to join our floor and bar team during special services, corporate lunches, and festive dinners.

What you'll do

Attend to customers with cordial, agile, and professional treatment from their arrival until their departure.

Take orders via POS/PDA and coordinate the output of dishes with the kitchen.

Table service (group lunches and dinners with Christmas menus and à la carte) and occasional support at the bar (drinks, coffees, basic cocktails).

Setting up, restocking, folding, and clearing tables while maintaining the order and cleanliness of the dining room.

Billing and payment at the table or at the register.

Requirements

Skills: Agility with a tray, good communication, ability to work in a team, and resilience during high-activity peaks.

Attitude: Proactivity, punctuality, and empathetic treatment of the diner.

Availability: Schedule flexibility to work weekends and key dates on the holiday calendar (Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, or Three Kings Day, depending on the roster).

Valuable: Handling of digital ordering systems/POS and languages (basic/intermediate English).
