Excellent income level:
Minimum net salary of 2,500 €/month (including base + price/kilometer incentive + prorated bonuses), there are drivers earning 2,800 €/month net, depending on the route and kilometers traveled.
On duo trailer routes, earnings can reach approximately 3,200
Meal allowances paid according to the collective agreement.
Additional bonus of 100
Work-life balance: Route planning designed to spend the weekend at home (usual departures on Sunday night or Monday). If the weekly rest is ever reduced on the road, it is compensated by adding it to another weekend.

At Randstad, we are selecting driving professionals to join a national freight transport project, offering an indefinite contract from day one, very competitive remuneration conditions, and planned routes so you can enjoy your weekends at home.
Perform national transport routes (mainly Madrid - Andalusia - Barcelona axes, among others).
Drive a trailer (tauliner / tarpaulin type).
Supervise the condition of the truck and ensure the load is secure (loading and unloading is done by external personnel/points of origin-destination; your role is to oversee the process).
Sleep in the cab (4 to 5 nights per week on the road according to planning) and park the truck at the bases or authorized parking lots.
