Requirements

What we're looking for

Basic training: Technical training in mechanics or electromechanics.

Specific training and certifications: It is required to have training as a boiler operator, forklift operator, and welder certification.

Previous experience: Demonstrable experience working as a mechanic in an industrial environment.

Technical knowledge: Practical experience in all types of welding (TIG, MIG/MAG, MMA), knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, industrial electricity, machining (lathes and milling machines), boilers, and steam equipment.

Aptitudes: Ability to work towards objectives and in a team, being an observant, innovative, intuitive, and planning person.

Availability: Occasional availability to work on Saturdays and/or Sundays depending on needs.

At Randstad, we are looking for a Maintenance Operator to join an important project located in Riudellots de la Selva. What you'll do

Your main mission will be to execute the corrective and preventive maintenance tasks of the plant. In your day-to-day, you will be responsible for:

Repairing breakdowns in the production line and facilities.

Preparation, assembly, and commissioning of improvements in machines, equipment, and facilities.

Construction of new equipment and facilities in the factory.

Assembly and commissioning of new machines and equipment.

Preventive maintenance tasks and execution of autonomous maintenance (TPM).

Maintaining the tools and equipment of the mechanical workshop in good condition.

Keeping the spare parts warehouse orderly and notifying the maintenance manager of any spare part taken from the warehouse.

On-site job position in Riudellots de la Selva.

Rotating shift: morning, afternoon, and night.
