Financial Controller

Reporting to the Financial Department, you will be the person responsible for ensuring the proper management, control, and financial planning of the company, providing analytical insight and key support in strategic decision-making.

Company of an industrial nature in a growth phase, seeking to expand the financial team and the area of controlling to strengthen financial analysis, cost management, and project profitability. This is a position where you will work autonomously and alongside the Financial Department.

• Supervision and control of general and analytical accounting.
• Ensuring compliance with tax and accounting obligations of the company.
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
• Preparation and monitoring of the budget, forecast, and variance analysis.
• Ensuring control and proper management of inventories.
• Financial reporting to the Management and internal and external partners.
• Control of industrial costs and analysis of project profitability.
• Optimization of financial processes and internal control.
• Coordination with auditors and regulatory compliance.

• At least five years of experience in auditing, controlling, or similar roles.

• Support in strategic decisions, investments, and business analysis.

The selected profile must meet the following requirements:

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Postgraduate education (MBA, Master's in Finance or Controlling) will be valued.
• Solid knowledge of accounting and financial analysis, financial regulations, and management control.
• Proficiency in office tools, especially Excel.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles (Controller, Financial Analyst, FP&A).
• Previous experience in industrial, manufacturing, or technology companies will be highly valued, as will previous experience in auditing (preferably Big4).
• Previous experience with SAP will be valued.
• Results-oriented with strong attention to detail.

Reportando a Dirección Financiera, serás la persona responsable de asegurar la correcta gestión, control y planificación financiera de la compañía, aportando visión analítica y soporte clave en la toma de decisiones estratégicas.

Empresa de carácter industrial que se encuentra en una fase de crecimiento y busca ampliar el equipo financiero y el área de controlling para reforzar el análisis financiero, el área de costes, rentabilidad de proyectos. Es una posición en la que trabajarás de forma autónoma y de la mano de Dirección Financiera.

• Supervisión y control de la contabilidad general y analítica.
• Garantizar el cumplimiento de las obligaciones fiscales y contables de la empresa.
• Elaboración de cierres mensuales, trimestrales y anuales.
• Preparación y seguimiento del presupuesto, forecast y análisis de desviaciones.
• Garantizar el control y correcta gestión de los inventarios.
• Reporting financiero a Dirección y socios internos y externos.
• Control de costes industriales y análisis de rentabilidad de proyectos.
• Optimización de procesos financieros y de control interno.
• Coordinación con auditores externos y cumplimiento normativo.

• Capacidad para trabajar en entornos dinámicos.

• Experiencia de al menos cinco años en auditoría, controlling o similar.

• Soporte en decisiones estratégicas, inversiones y análisis de negocio.

El perfil seleccionado deberá cumplir los siguientes requisitos:

• Grado en Economía, Administración de Empresas, Finanzas o similar.
• Valorable formación de posgrado (MBA, Máster en Finanzas o Control de Gestión).
• Conocimientos sólidos en contabilidad y análisis financiero, normativa financiera y control de gestión.
• Dominio de herramientas ofimáticas, especialmente Excel.
• Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en posiciones similares (Controller, Auditor, FP&A).
• Experiencia previa en entornos industriales, manufactura o empresas tecnológicas será altamente valorada, así como experiencia previa en auditoria (preferiblemente Big4).
• Experiencia previa en SAP, valorable.
• Orientación a los resultados y atención al detalle.
