The role

At Randstad Prof., we are looking for an Insurance profile

What you'll do

Support the identification, analysis, and monitoring of operational incidents in policy issuance, endorsements, and claims processing reported by commercial channels, brokers, or service areas.

Collect information and documentation from files, maintain the traceability of claims (SAC), and facilitate internal coordination between Underwriting, Claims, and Operations, without assuming direct customer service.

Collaborate closely with the Strategy, Transformation, and Customer team in gathering insights and pain points identified in daily operations to feed customer experience (CX) improvement projects.
