The role

In order to fulfill the company's global strategy, we have decided to strengthen the Operations team with a Management Systems and Compliance Analyst.

What will your mission be?

We are looking for a proactive, organized person oriented toward continuous improvement to join the Operations area, participating in the maintenance and evolution of the company's certified systems, risk monitoring, and compliance with regulatory, legal, and customer requirements.

What you'll do

Main duties

Maintenance of the Quality Management System certified under ISO 9001:2015
Maintenance of the Information Security Management System certified under ISO 27001:2022 and the National Security Scheme (ENS)
Alignment of the company's processes and procedures with Group requirements
Analysis and updating of the internal and external context, interested parties, risks, and opportunities
Monitoring and analysis of objectives, KPIs, non-conformities, and corrective and improvement actions
Identification, evaluation, and monitoring of project risks
Maintenance and updating of the Statement of Applicability (SoA)
Support in conducting Management Review
Control of documents and records and maintenance of the document management system
Monitoring of applicable legal, regulatory, and normative requirements
Support in completing customer qualification or approval forms regarding requirements related to the implemented Management Systems
Participation in supplier evaluation processes and customer satisfaction analysis
Calculation and monitoring of the Carbon Footprint certified under ISO 14064-1
Support in compliance with GDPR requirements
Monitoring and support in ESG actions
Participation in internal and external audits.
