As a Sales Assistant, you will be the brand's primary ambassador at the point of sale, ensuring a unique shopping experience for every visitor. Your main functions will be:
-Customer service and advice: Identifying each customer's needs and offering personalized guidance on our range of products (outdoor, running, lifestyle, etc.).
-Point of sale management: Cashier duties, processing exchanges or returns, and maintaining order and tidiness in the store.
-Visual Merchandising: Replenishing product and ensuring that the store presentation complies with the brand's visual guidelines.
-Stock control: Receiving merchandise, labeling, warehouse organization, and periodic inventories.
Retail experience: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or retail will be valued (highly valued in sectors such as sports, fashion, or outdoor).
Passion for sport/outdoor: Affinity with an active lifestyle and the brand's values.
Service vocation: Customer orientation, dynamism, empathy, and good communication skills.
Languages: Fluent Spanish and Catalan, medium/high level of English.
Teamwork: Proactivity, schedule flexibility for rotating shifts, and a desire to collaborate in a positive environment.
