The role

Do you have experience in thermal installations and are you looking for a stable industrial project with economic conditions above the market? At Randstad, we are selecting an Industrial HVAC Refrigeration Technician (National / Based in Galicia) to join directly a highly specialized technical team in large-scale assembly and infrastructure.

What you'll do

Install, assemble, and connect industrial air conditioning, refrigeration, and ventilation systems in new construction sites and manufacturing plants.
Assemble and install sheet metal ducts for air conditioning and air treatment, ensuring their correct sealing and insulation.
Fabricate, prepare, or adapt ducts and special parts in the workshop or directly on-site according to the project needs.
Execute preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on refrigeration equipment and treatment plants.
Perform leak tests, vacuuming, refrigerant fluid charging, and initial commissioning of the installations.
Interpret technical diagrams and assembly plans, ensuring strict compliance with occupational risk prevention regulations.

Requirements

Practical experience and proven knowledge in the assembly and maintenance of industrial air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
Experience in the installation of sheet metal ducts and air routing.
Availability for continuous national travel (weekly travel and occasional stays of 15 days depending on the volume of work).
Residence in any part of Galicia and availability for an in-person interview.
A valid driving license (B class).
