Requirements

What we're looking for

More than 3 years of proven experience as a first-class skilled Refrigeration Technician in installations, new construction, or air conditioning companies.
Formal training: CFGM or CFGS in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Installations, or similar.
F-Gas Certification for any charge (Essential).
Availability of own vehicle and B driving license.
Ability to work in teams in construction environments and mastery of sector-specific tools (manometers, vacuum pumps, benders, welding equipment).

Nice to have

It is valued to have the RITE license (Regulation of Thermal Installations in Buildings) and specific OSH training for the construction sector.

The role

If you have answered yes, this could be your opportunity. At Marlex People, we are collaborating with a company in the sector in the search for a Refrigeration Technician.

Your main mission will be to carry out the assembly, installation, and commissioning of industrial, commercial, and air conditioning (HVAC) refrigeration systems in new construction, building, and renovation projects, ensuring tightness, optimal performance, and regulatory compliance.

What you'll do

Mechanical and refrigeration installation and assembly of refrigeration units, cold rooms, chillers, heat pumps, and air conditioning equipment in works and new installations.
Execution of copper or steel piping networks, welding (hard/soft), thermal insulation, and structural supports for refrigeration equipment.
Laying of power and control cabling, and electrical connection of the control panels for air conditioning and refrigeration machines.
Pressure tests, vacuuming, tightness tests, and initial charging of refrigerant gases in new installations.
Commissioning, parameter configuration, and balancing of thermodynamic and airflow systems.
Interpretation of refrigeration/electrical plans and diagrams and coordination of own tasks with the site manager and the rest of the teams.
