The role
Do you have experience in point of sale management within the selective perfume, high-end cosmetics, or Beauty Premium channel and are you looking for a stable position with a permanent contract? If you are a person with aesthetic sensitivity, commercial communication skills, attention to detail, and are motivated to represent internationally prestigious firms on a route, this offer is for you. We offer you the opportunity to join as a field expert to audit, drive, and maximize the visibility and brand experience of leading high perfumery and cosmetics brands in selective perfumeries in the northern zone (Galicia: Vigo and A Coruña), with a company vehicle, digital reporting tools, and an attractive benefits package.
What you'll do
In your day-to-day, you will be the person responsible for visiting the perfumeries on the assigned route to ensure strict compliance with the image standards, availability, and commercial dynamism of the luxury division, performing the following main responsibilities:
- Visual Merchandising audit and execution: supervise that treatment furniture, fragrance lines, and especially makeup displays (make-up bars) respect the company's global luxury guidelines. Update shelf strips, campaign visuals (Duratrans), glorifiers, and shelf talkers, and verify the perfect condition, cleanliness, and stock of testers and promotional material.
- Luxury experience management and training: act as a driver for store staff (Beauty Consultants and multi-brand advisors). Convey the storytelling of the brands, novelties, olfactory pyramids, and skincare routines, and drive internal programs and sales incentive challenges.
- Local negotiation of space and visibility: negotiate with center directors and floor managers to achieve key secondary positions (end caps, exterior showcases, and promotional islands) during high-demand periods (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Black Friday, Christmas).
- Selective assortment and inventory control: audit warehouses to avoid stockouts of best-selling products (fragrance best sellers and key makeup shades), accelerate replenishment orders, review the alignment of exclusive assortments, and verify the correct functioning of anti-theft systems.
- POSM audit and real-time digital reporting: document the implementation of the promotional plan with photographs (security tags, stoppers, plaques), audit own and competitor furniture (Mystery Shopper actions), and report price data, shelf share, and competitor activations through the corporate tablet/application.
Requirements
Professional experience: Minimum of 2 to 3 years of previous experience in point of sale management (POSM), with special value placed on the selective perfumery, cosmetics, or Beauty Premium sector. Previous experience in the management and maintenance of makeup furniture (make-up bars) is essential.
Licenses and mobility: A valid driver's license and availability for the required geographic mobility within the assigned commercial route are essential.
Digital skills: Proficiency in using mobile applications, tablets, and digital tools for data collection, photographic registration, and real-time reporting.
Key skills
- High sensitivity and affinity towards the luxury sector, sophistication, and the ability to convey the storytelling of the firms.
- Excellent interpersonal communication, negotiation, and influence skills in selective perfumery commercial environments. - Rigorous attention to detail, aesthetic sense, and neatness in visual auditing and the placement of promotional elements.
Benefits and conditions
Number of vacancies: 1 position.
Contract type: Permanent contract (stable position).
Start date: immediate.
Working day and schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week organized according to the established commercial route (8 hours daily from Monday to Friday).
Salary:

- Variable salary: €200.00 gross per month subject to achieving objectives.
Company means and tools provided: Company vehicle, Solred fuel card, corporate tablet, mobile phone, and meal allowances.
